🍑Happy Wednesday! As promised, I have another variation of last week’s booty exercise for you. Check it out:
#
🍑Set the TRX straps to mid-calf height. Place the heels of your feet in the foot cracked, and lay back with the legs straight. 🍑Pressing the heels down into the foot cradles, lift the hips into a bridge
🍑While the hips are up, open the legs apart, then bring them back together
🍑Relax the hips back down to the ground. Try 10-15 reps to start!

🍑COACHING CUES🍑
🍑As is a regular bridge, avoid arching the back when you lift the hips. 🍑Do not flare the ribs out, keep them tucked in the entire time
🍑Lift the hips as high as possible and squeeze the glutes at the top!!

🍑The added abduction at the top of the bridge adds an element of difficulty if the regular bridges from last week are too easy!! Happy humpday!! 👊🏼💪🏼
